Eric went to find the perfect engagement ring at Emerald Lady. When he met Bob and Priscilla, he immediately received a high level of professionalism and personal attention. When Eric brought me to the store, I was blown away by the fact that Bob and Priscilla were able to deliver ... the ring I found in a store on a website that is based in New York! I had no idea if I would be able to get the ring I wanted, but Bob made it very easy! Not only was I able to get the ring but, I was able to personalize it exactly how I wanted it. My husband and I had to plan our wedding while we were deployed. Let me tell you, it wasn't easy! However, the ring buying process could not have been more pleasant! We found Emerald Lady Jewelers through an internet search for Veragio dealers. My mother was giving me her solitaire ... diamond, and Priscilla was kind enough to take care of EVERYTHING! All my mother had to do was bring in her diamond to Emerald Lady Jewelry. Priscilla sent it for appraisal (for insurance reasons), and then sent it to Veragio with a rush order so we would have it in time for the wedding. She even coordinated with my husband to have the completed set sent to our neighbors so I wouldn't know when we received the rings! I recently purchased an absolutely beautiful engagement ring from The Emerald Lady. They have an impressive selection of jewelry. I was especially intrigued by their Verragio engagement rings. From the moment I walked in, Bob and Priscilla treated me like a long time customer. At no point did I ever ... point did I ever feel like I was being pressured into buying anything. Their one and only goal was to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. They are incredibly knowledgeable on the jewelry, especially the diamonds. They guided me with every step in selecting the setting and the center diamond. They even brought in two more diamonds for me to look at and compare, and also took the time to carefully inspect each diamond themselves.
